I came across this article on philly.com and felt the need to share it with you. After all, this hazardous building is just blocks from our campus! While reading the article, it is interesting to observe the relationship between humans and the environment. We often forget that before such infrastructure existed, nature controlled the land. It is inevitable that nature will find its way back. Perhaps the growth of mold, the gathering of rats, and the formation of other biohazards are ways for nature to get its revenge. Just a thought!

If you have time, I recommend you look through the pictures attached to the article. Some of them are quite disgusting! It will definitely make you look at the building differently while walking Chestnut Street!
