I'm pretty sure the rule of thumb for eating fish out of the Schuykill is to avoid fish that spend their entire life in the river. Migratory fish, like shade, spend almost all their life in the relatively clean ocean and only travel up the Schuykill to spawn. Whereas catfish or that seven eyed fish from the Simpson's spend their entire life accumulating toxins.
